Downloading your data

Select Download your data to open a page where you can request an export of your personal data, in line with data protection rules (GDPR). It opens in a new tab.

Managing your consents

Three toggles let you control what you’re opted into. All are on by default:
  • Marketing communications consent — promotional emails about me&you.
  • Analytics consent — anonymized usage data that helps us improve the product.
  • Cookies consent — functional and necessary cookies.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account is permanent and can’t be undone. It removes your personal account — if you’re the sole owner of a wedding, plan ahead (for example, export your data first).

Select Delete account

Found at the bottom of the Privacy tab.

Type the confirmation phrase

Type exactly: permanently delete account

Hold the delete button for 3 seconds

This is an extra safeguard against accidental deletion — press and hold until it finishes.
Once deleted, you’re signed out immediately and your account cannot be recovered.
