Offering a ride

Open your guest portal

Find the Carpools section.

Select Offer a ride

Add how many seats you have available, and your departure and return times and addresses.

Assign seats

Clicking the seats opens the guest list and you can assign it manually. First seat is always assigned to you.

Wait for requests

Other guests will be able to see your ride and request a seat.

Requesting a ride

Browse the available rides — you’ll see the driver’s name, contact details, and how many seats are still free — then select Request a ride on the one that works for you.
If you’re driving, you’ll get an email whenever someone requests a seat, with a one-click way to approve or decline — no need to check the app.
